ed/utahtested/comIf you have scheduled an appointment for testing, you will need to meet Dr. Martinelli at SC 221 on the Utah Valley University campus. When you have a scheduled appointment you will be sent intake forms, directions to the office, and a parking map of the campus. The office is in the Sorensen Student Center and is located on the north end of the campus. On the map that's attached you will find it just west of the LDS Institute. You might be able to find space in lot "L13". From there, you'd enter the Student Life Building (SL) by going up the steps from the parking lot. Then you continue straight down the long corridor to the SC building (the SL is new, the SC is older and I think you'll see the change in the carpet) on that second floor. Once you get to the SC building it will be the first door on your right. It will have a sign that says Student Health Services. If you get there before 5 pm, they can let me know you've arrived. If not, just have a seat on the bench outside the doors to the Health Center and I'll be with you shortly. There is also a parking garage on the other side of the Institute, but I don't have a way to validate your parking, so I suggest using the L13 lot. There aren't supposed to ticket after about 4:45 pm or on Saturdays.
